Jan Dries designs this sculpture for a new metro line and it will find its destination at the Groenplaats Metro Station. An uninterrupted line runs through the entire piece. The eye is not the individual’s. Jan Dries never assigns a central place to the individual. The centre of the world is contemplated from outside.
